Sandy Springs Altus Hospice Inc. is a locally owned hospice company in Sandy Springs that was formed with a passionate desire to care for those individuals coping with a life-limiting illness. Altus offers a specialized and family-centered approach addressing the unique physical, spiritual and emotional needs of each patient as he or she nears the end of life's journey. Altus comes from the Latin word meaning to "lift up" or "to elevate."
